3D Healthcare Consulting Inc. (3DHC), established in 2003, is a healthcare education company that directs and facilitates knowledge transfer to health care and industry professionals through the development of custom health education solutions in the area of professional education (e.g. CHE programs, accreditation and medical writing), training (e.g. clinical reviews, effective presentation skills workshops, modules) and marketing (e.g. needs assessment surveys, advisory board meetings). High standard solutions are developed in collaboration with drug and health technology companies, as well as professional medical societies and organizations. Expert resources are drawn upon based on client needs. Nisha, founder of 3DHC has garnered years of experience in the bio/pharmaceutical field. Practice in sales, clinical management, advocacy development, continuining health education and accreditation, and ongoing consultancy, Nisha has gained a reputation as a detail-oriented professional who listens to customers' needs and delivers effective solutions in a timely fashion. She understands challenges facing brand teams such as resource constraints, regulatory environment, and emerging trends in pharma brand marketing and education. She is a seasoned presenter and facilitator for advisory boards/consultant meetings and training sessions. She is an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with health care and industry professionals. Using her understanding of clinical information and business acumen, she has a talent for bridging them; creating health education solutions that result in knowledge transfer. She is a leader and team player known to bring passion for excellence to the task at hand, driven to achieve results for clients and continually improve.

Nisha has gained her professional expertise while employed by major pharmaceutical companies, that is complemented by two undergraduate degrees (Biology and Economics), as well as a graduate degree, MBA from the University of Ottawa.
