    Competitor Reviews

    Competitive Information Sheets designed for new sales representative training. These provide a detailed comparison of the brand and its competitors on clinical and marketing parameters, guideline positioning, efficacy and product monograph information. Competitor Objection Handlers developed in consultation with sales representatives to aid in daily territory call activities.

    Product Monograph Summaries

    A line-by-line, detailed Product Monograph comparison of brand and competitor products developed to highlight the key differences in product monographs and suggested selling implications. A summary table of competitive advantages the brand may have relative to competitors is recommended.

    Training Binders/Modules

    A variety of training binders and modules written or edited to support new product launches, re-launches, new indications, safety objection handling and ongoing training. Binders/modules incorporate summaries and self-assessments.

    Detail Aid Trail Guides

    Development of annotated trail guides to explain both marketing and clinical information outlined in detail aids. Trail guides creatively embed One-page Clinical Summaries of each reference and explain how this information links to the positioning and messaging of the marketed product or other sources of information.

    e-StoryboardTM

    e-StoryboardTM is an electronic training tool that facilitates knowledge transfer to client teams (marketing, regulatory, specialist representatives, primary care representatives) . It displays a sequence of best clinical evidence or "story" outlining a plan to manage a therapeutic concern for a pre- or post-marketed product. It allows trainers to disseminate a large volume of data from a multitude of sources (internet, documents, pictures, presentations). The tool links the clinical findings from these varied sources within a summarized document.

  • Design and facilitation of interactive training workshops to meet the learning needs of various client teams (e.g. effective presentation skills, speaker development, designing interactive CHE programs, clinical reprint, role play and game workshops).
  • Examples of Training Workshops

    A customized training workshop on "How to Give Effective Scientific Presentations" for Regional Medical Advisors was developed and facilitated to build upon existing presentation skills; a core competency required for daily job responsibilities. This half day program engaged participants through workshops utilizing their clinical presentations, before and after presentation techniques were experienced. By the end of the workshop participants:

    • Shared experiences on how to effectively deliver scientific information
    • Understood importance of incorporating strategic interactivity
    • Reviewed the "do's" and "don'ts" of presenting
    • Experienced application of tips/techniques to enhance delivery of a new slide deck

    A customized training workshop on "Speaker Development" for Specialist Sales Representatives was developed and facilitated to identify how to profile speakers and continue to develop existing speakers; a core competency required for daily job responsibilities. This half day program engaged participants through role play workshops utilizing a CHE program for which speakers required coaching. By the end of the workshop participants learned:

    • How to maximize selecting a good specialist speaker
    • How to further develop existing speakers
    • How to effectively coach specialists on presenting CHE slide decks through hands-on experience
